Food is the best thing about Pondo's and it's good at best. Waiting time for takeout and table sucks, the owner acts like you being there is a problem, and he constantly yells and swears at his employees. Oh and when he gives you your change he puts it on the counter instead of your hand, who does that?
My ravioli was good, nothing like my grandma's but still yummy. Mom said her pizza and salad were okay, and dad liked his sub. What wasn't great was that it took them neary an hour to serve us our food, (we hadn't even gotten anything that would take awhile to make/serve) and other people getting pick up food didn't look too happy about their wait time either. Dad ended up getting up to ask for boxes and the check because we were done eating for a good while and no one had come through to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything.
I've been tempted to ask the employees when they're at the counter if he's always like that but considering every time I've gone it's a moot question.

I've ordered from this place on multiple attempts. We live kind of far out of way and they happen to be the only place that will deliver to us. The first time it took them 1 1/2 hours to deliver and they driver stated our order had been placed in the back and shouldn't have taken that long because the other driver delivered down the road. The next time we ordered it took 2 hours to deliver and the driver stated they were really busy. Seriously....really busy that a pie took 2 hours.The owner is extremely rude when you call and cuts you off the phone when you order. I will never order from here again.
We've been here once before but never got the chance to eat because they sat us and ignored us for an hour save giving us drinks, so my dad put money for the drinks on the table and we left. We gave a second chance and it was sub-par, you can definitely find somewhere better.
Awesome staff. Great food and portion for the price. Yummy ice cream, of course. Plus, it's literally 5 minutes from home.
